Start selling online this week

Publish what you run, take bookings and payments, scan people in at the door — without a developer, a plugin, or a second system to keep in step.

Your site, your brand

A storefront on your own domain with your palette, logo and legal text — not a tenant page with our name at the top. Travellers buy from you.

Availability that cannot oversell

Capacity is held per time slot, and a seat leaves the pool the moment it is held. Two people checking out at once cannot take the same last place.

The money is yours

Card payments go through your own Stripe account — you keep the dashboard, the payouts and the account if you ever leave. We never hold your funds.

One inventory, desk and online

A walk-up sale and an online booking draw down the same capacity. No channel to reconcile, no second calendar that quietly disagrees.

Live demo

Walk through a real desk, not a screenshot

We build you a private workspace with two branches, a week of tours, real customers, promoter commissions and a balanced ledger — then sign you straight in as the owner.

  • No sign-up, no card, no email address
  • Yours alone — nobody else can see it
  • Deleted automatically when it expires

No sign-up needed. The workspace is private to you and deleted automatically.

  • A storefront you can buy from

Your demo tenant comes with its own branded shop, a catalogue and a schedule. Open it, book a ticket as a member of the public, and watch the seat leave the pool.

  • A ticket you can redeem

Scan what you just bought as front-desk staff — a persona who can let people in and cannot see the books, because that is exactly how the permissions work.

  • Books that agree

Then find that same sale in the ledger. Every balance in there was posted through the real booking engine, not written in as a plausible number.

  • Two branches

One busy with a week of trading; the second left deliberately empty, so you can see exactly what day one looks like.

Not just tours

If it happens at a time, you can sell it

One product, one set of rates, a schedule of occurrences, and a capacity that counts down. What you call it is up to you.

Tours & excursions

Departures with a guide, a language and a hard seat limit — walking, boat, coach, food.

Timed entry

Museums, galleries, exhibitions and attractions selling admission in 15- or 30-minute windows.

Classes & workshops

Cooking, pottery, diving, surfing — a session with a start time and a bench that only seats so many.

Events & experiences

Tastings, screenings, dinners, one-off dates. Sell the seat, scan the ticket at the door.

Rental sessions

Kit hired by the slot — a kayak at 10:00, bikes for the two-hour block — where availability is a count per departure.

What we don't do yet: availability by date range — a room for three nights, a van for the week. That is a different engine from counting seats on a departure, and it is designed for rather than built. If your inventory is nights rather than start times, this is not the product for you today, and we would rather say so now than after you have signed up.

In the storefront

Everything it takes to sell a place on a schedule

Publish it, price it, take the money, let people in. This is what a sign-up gets on day one — no add-ons, no per-booking fee of ours on top.

Branded storefront

Your palette, your logo, your legal text, on your own domain. Product pages, categories and a journal, all editable without a developer.

Schedules & capacity

Recurring rules expand into occurrences months ahead. Capacity is per slot and oversell-proof, with holds while a traveller checks out.

Checkout & payments

Cart, coupons and card payment through your own connected Stripe account. Confirmation email and ticket the moment it clears.

Tickets & redemption

QR tickets issued per booking, scanned and redeemed at the door — with a front-desk role that can do exactly that and nothing else.

Desk sales

Multi-line walk-up bookings against the same inventory, with sequential receipts as A4 PDF or thermal 58/80 mm.

Customers & staff

Customer records with booking history, plus unlimited staff on per-tenant roles: owner, manager, front desk, guide — or your own.

The upgrade

Add the back office the day the books start to matter

It is one switch on the workspace you already have. No migration, no second account, nothing to connect — and no gap in the history, because every sale you had already taken was posted to the ledger as it happened.

Channel mix

Double-entry ledger

Every sale, refund, void and transfer posts a balanced transaction. Balances are derived from the ledger, never typed in.

Cash & bank

Per-branch drawers, daily close with carry-forward, transfers, and CSV/Excel bank import with a review step.

Agencies & procurement

Purchase lots with real cost basis across suppliers, returns, adjustments, and a configurable P/L engine.

Promoters & commissions

Flat, percentage or per-type rules, snapshotted at the moment of sale so a later rule change cannot rewrite what was owed.

Reports & exports

Daily, monthly and yearly sales, profit, commission, cash and inventory — to PDF, Excel or CSV.

Audit & controls

Append-only audit trail, idempotent money operations, and reversing entries instead of edits. Nothing is quietly changed.

Pricing

Buy the shop. Add the books later.

Two products, priced on their own. Most operators start with the storefront and never think about the second column until their accountant does.

Indicative pricing shown — final plans are confirmed during onboarding.

Upgrading is a switch, not a migration

Same workspace, same customers, same bookings. The back office is an entitlement on your tenant — turning it on adds navigation, not a new system to set up.

  1. 1

You get a workspace with the storefront on and no ledger screens in sight.

  2. 2

    Sell

Bookings, tickets and payments — each one already posted to a ledger you are not being shown.

  3. 3

    Switch it on

One toggle in Settings → Billing. Accounting, agencies, promoters and reports appear, with the history already in them.

Operators who put their bookings online

Museums, tour desks and experience businesses selling on their own site — and adding the books when they were ready.

We were sending people to a phone number. Now they book the 11:00 on our own site, and the seat is gone from the desk screen the moment they pay.

Timed entry was the whole problem — one calendar online, another at the door. One inventory fixed it, and we stopped overselling the last slot.

We started with just the shop. Added the back office six months in and the whole year was already in the ledger, to the cent.
